Professor Yukihiko Ueda is a Professor at Okinawa International University and holds a PhD, as well as certifications as a Public Psychologist and Clinical Psychologist. He earned his master’s degree from Waseda University and his PhD from Kurume University. His professional experience includes working at the Fukuoka National Rehabilitation Center, where he was engaged in the rehabilitation of individuals with acquired visual impairments. He has also been involved in clinical practice and research focusing on cognitive rehabilitation for acquired brain injury, psychological adaptation in patients with muscular dystrophy, and support for individuals with incurable diseases.

Research Interests

Professor Ueda's  research interests include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Neuropsychology, Cognitive Rehabilitation, and Mindfulness.
